Research Interest |
My interests are in the field of parallel computing and high-performance computing in bioinformatics, especially in sequence alignment algorithm in heterogeneous high performance parallel computing platform (such as GPU/CPU, Spark and so on) and network analysis method in bioinformatics. The fields could be High-performance Computing and Bioinformatics. |
