Research interests
My interests focus on the protein-centered computational study. The current research topics include as below: (i) development of protein function prediction algorithm based on structural information; (ii) structural study on the interaction specificity between proteins and other molecules; (iii) systems biology study on the interplay between pathogens and human with multi-omics data.
