Research Interest

My   main interests lie in two aspects: 3D computer vision and plant   phenomics.

1.         In 3D   computer vision, our group aims to develop novel algorithms with respect to   3D reconstruction for plants and point cloud data processing, including point   cloud registration, filtering, segmentation, visualization, and deep   learning-based methods as well.

2.         In plant phenomics,   our group aims to develop new methodologies and algorithms which can be used   to measure plant growth and architecture at different scales through the use   of images and point cloud data. 

Academic activities

I have served as a reviewer for SensorsACTA Optica SinicaJournal of Optoelectronics Laser and for   the funding branch of the NSFC (China).
